Cowboy steering wheel drivers for free#I took the Jeep to Big O Tires and they said that it was a software update and the dealership should take care of it for free (you would think right). Then, about 3 months later, my radio stops working and a check engine light comes on. The jeep was also dirty when I test drove it and then when I asked them to detail the vehicle before I drove off with it, the manager gave me some fake BS answer about oh we must have missed that in the detailing process. They also had taken out the mats that the Jeep originally comes with and replaced it with these flimsy ones that would get stuck under the gas pedal and when I asked them about it, they acted like the mats in the Jeep were the ones it came with. Well when I got home, post signing papers and everything, I found the previous owners paperwork in the glovebox that said they sold it for 25,000.īut to some extent, I feel that was true dishonesty on the dealerships part. I realize everyone is trying to make a dollar, and that car dealerships are a hustlers game but the amount that this place rips you off is UNREAL.īecause my Jeep was a special edition, I wasnt able to find it on KBB and I had nothing to compare prices with, so I bought it for 28,000 (which I thought was a deal at the time, since Jeeps retain their value so well). If nothing else, just to reverse the business that I gave them. I recently bought a 2013 Jeep Wrangler from them and I wish I could take it all back. Id not hesitate to rate my service experience as a 55 if I didnt have to watch the service tech lounge around and chat with his coworkers. Overall, I was quite happy with my service experience, especially their being able to fit me in without an appointment they were very accommodating in that respect. ![]() Within the hour they had it repaired and I was back on the road. ![]() I was relieved, though, to hear from the manager that they figured out the problem (it was what I expected it to be), and they had the sensor I needed in stock. ![]() ![]() Its hard for me to watch other people work on my cars-and it was especially frustrating being in a hurry to get out of town and watching the tech shoot the breeze with another tech and walk slowly around the shop. Now Im a pretty handy guy and usually work on my own vehicles, but I was in a bind here. Monday morning came around and I went over to the dealership and explained what had happened with my vehicle.ĭespite not having an appointment (and they looked pretty darn busy), the service manager was able to fit me in. Unfortunately, my Jeep Grand Cherokee broke down about 50 miles outside of Cheyenne, WY on a Sunday afternoon as I was on m way to Denver from up north.Īfter looking around, I opted to have my vehicle towed to Cowboy Dodge and try and squeeze in first thing Monday morning. However I did just purchase a car not from here, and the sales person was not plastic, she new her product and was willing to talk about getting a car sold The Dealerships in cheyenne need to stop over pricing and realize its about selling and moving product. ![]()
